We love law and we want to serve it by questioning it!

This blog is an initiative and attempt by us to rekindle the discussion of certain areas in law, which are essential, but not given the academic attention they deserve. We believe that the practice of law, at least in India, has become so result oriented that the laws are not questioned, but are made use of. This is a problem. This can be addressed only by relying back on the advice given to us on our first day of law school- "Question."

This is a humble beginning by the two of us to bring back the first principles culture to analysing these seldom discussed laws and precedents. We are beginning with Admiralty and Administrative law- 2 heavyweights in terms of their importance and ancientness. However, we are keeping our blog flexible to covering other unexplored areas as well, which are eye catching.
